Senator Reed joined a celebration of St. Patrick’s Day at the 62nd Annual Newport St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The parade began at 11 a.m., starting at Newport City Hall. The Honorable Colleen M. Hastings, Associate Judge for the Rhode Island District Court, Second Division served as Grand Marshal.
