Senator Reed, the Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, was joined by Senator Chuck Schumer, the Ranking Member on the Senate Budget Committee, and Office of Management and Budget Director Shaun Donovan in urging Congressional Republicans to support sequestration relief in the upcoming budget.
