Senator Reed toured progress on the renovation of the American Tourister Mill in Warren. The $30-million redevelopment project has received a state commitment of $5 million in historic rehabilitation tax credits, the maximum amount available for a single plan. The owners hope to begin building apartments and commercial and retail space in the historic complex.
