Reed: Panetta the Most Well Qualified Individual to Serve as Secretary of Defense

WASHINGTON- Senator Reed took to the Senate floor to praise the nomination of Leon D. Panetta for Secretary of Defense. Soon after his speech, Reed joined his colleagues in the Senate to confirm Panetta for the appointment in a unanimous vote of 100-0.
