WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Senator Jack Reed today released the following statement following the death of U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye (D-HI).  Senator Inouye, the Chairman of the Appropriations Committee, was a World War II veteran who earned the Medal of Honor.
